THE GUARDIAN’S RECOMMENDED DAILY “STOCK” BUYS – Equity (stock) purchases that offer opportunities to earn up to 20% or more in days or weeks. The Guardian also provides solid guidance encouraging AngelTraders to practice the quality market disciplines only received from the Guardian and once only available to professionals.

THE GUARDIAN’S RECOMMENDED SHORT “STOCK” SELLING OPPORTUNITIES – Equity (stock) selling that offers opportunities to earn up to 20% or more in days or weeks. Also provides additional opportunities to practice the quality market disciplines only received from the Guardian.

THE GUARDIAN’S RECOMMENDED LONG-TERM “STOCK” PICKS – Equity (stocks) that are expected to DOUBLE in the next year or two. These long-term BUYS are recommended for simply tucking away in an AngelTrader's portfolio. Generally, you wouldn't need to visit these stock picks more than once each quarter.

THE GUARDIAN’S CASH FLOW (COVERED CALL) “STOCK” BUYING ACTIVITY – Equity (stock) purchases under the Guardian’s lease back structure. [Others pay you to lease “with a right to buy” your stock from you]. The Guardian chooses the period of time. (1 to 24 months.) The industry term for this is “Covered Write.”

Example: The Guardian recommends purchase of 1000 shares of xyz @ $12.20 and to sell a covered write (lease with the right to purchase xyz from you) at $12.50. For that right, you are paid .45¢ per share or $450.00 which is in your account the next day. If the stock exceeds $12.50 it is purchased from you at you’re agreed upon price of $12.50 in which you as an AngelTrader realize an additional .30¢ ($300.00) profit. Total cash flow is either $450.00 (if the stock remains below $12.50) or $750.00 (if the stock is above $12.50 on expiration day). This is a one month investment: $12.20 per share, ($12,200.00). Return in this example is 2.5% or 6.1% depending on whether or not xyz is purchased from the AngelTrader.

THE GUARDIAN’S SECOND LOOK “STOCK” SIGNALS – These previous AngelTrades appeared as one of the Guardian’s Angel Picks during the previous 6 days. Although this stock may have hit the “Buy” price or “Volume” amount it did not hit both on the same particular day. The Guardian’s Angel Pick will remain under “Second Look” for 6 days and will continue to be recommended for purchase provided both parameters meet their (same day) target within this six day range.

THE GUARDIAN’S CLOSED “STOCK” TRANSACTIONS – These are AngelTrades that have achieved their first price target whereby 70% of your position is sold. Also included are AngelTrades that have achieved their 2nd price target whereby the remaining 30% of your position is sold. Until the full position is sold the trade is available for observation under the “Current Portfolio heading.”

THE GUARDIAN’S “STOCK” STOP LOSS – When the Guardian recommends an investment opportunity whether buying long or selling short, an exit price, (sell stop) will always be in place.

This exit is not in place to re-evaluate…. EXIT MEANS EXACTLY THAT...EXIT!

If a Guardian’s recommended Trade hits its stop loss price point then the stock is sold.

Now, if the stock goes up above the high of the day in which it was sold, the Guardian wants for you to know that is a re-purchase indicator. When you have time available to work the market re-purchase only under these circumstances.
